[Zope] Login prompt when accessing help, Zope 2.7

Howdy,

 From the ZMI;
'help'->'Zope Help'->'API Reference'->'AccessControl'

I then get a login dialog

If I cancel it I get;

"""
Zope Error

Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource.

Error Type: Unauthorized
Error Value: You are not allowed to access 'name' in this context
"""

How do I remove this login requirement?
