Yes, of cause I did restart it, changing different settings in zope.conf -
I restarted it more then 50 times for last two days...
I can see all help pages, but as soon as I access /manage url - the windows
pops up asking the name and pass...
If I swap Data.fs to initially created by installation - every thing is
coming back to normal...'

The user-data is stored in the Data.fs as well, so you have to use the
passords and usernames from the original site. That should work..
You *did* restart your Zope after replacing the Data.fs ?
