Actually here you type the wrong command, that's why you got
"comand not found". You have to type "ps -ef|grep python"
(a space is needed between "ps" and "-ef").

However you have to keep on mind that it doesn't kill only zope.
It will kill other applications that are currently using python on that
moment. For example: on Gentoo linux you have the "emerge"
command to install packages. This is a python script and it will be
killed as well if you do a "killall python", so, you had better see the
output of "ps -ef|grep python" in order to kill the correct proccess, or,
as other people said, use the "zopectl" script.
