[Zope] Advice on upgrade?

Correct.

Tweak:

/var/zope-instance/etc/zope.conf
/var/zope-instance/bin/runzope
/var/zope-instance/bin/zopectl

...to replace all instances of 'zope2.7' with 'zope2.7.2'

NO!

This kind of upgrade should cause minimal changes, anyone doing more is 
just indulging in masochism ;-)
