It looks like the source code repository has moved to svn.zope.org from
cvs.zope.org, but I've seen no announcement.  Has the migration been
completed?

The old cvs site looks gutted and deprecated but there's no announcement 
pointing to the new svn.zope.org site.  Panic for one of my collegues
about to download the latest CVS of Zope 2.7.X
