[Zope] import module error

Hi,

I have just install my new server
Mandrake 10.1 Official
but now my script python (which work on the 10.1 Community) make error.

I can't do anything with python. For example : import  MySQLdb 
return : import Error : no module name MySQLdb

I just look for an environnement variable to set but i don't find anything... 
I 'm quite sure the solution will be very simple but I don't find it at all

Can anybody help me ?
