We've developped at Logilab the CMFProjman tool. It's not on our web
site for the moment but it will be there soon. Anyway, you can download
it from our ftp site to give it a try (it's not compatible with plone 2
yet) : ftp://ftp.logilab.org/pub/projman/ . It depends on the pygantt
package available from logilab.org and lacks some documentation, but
feel free to ask questions on the zope-projects at logilab.org mailing list
for more info.
