Thanks for the tip, but I doubt that's it ... I simply can't access the
object it seems, not even in the ZMI, where I have no special management
templates defined (I like to always use the CMF skins). Also, when I have a
template somewhere that has something like
"here/badobjectinquestion/absolute_url" I also run into this error.
The problem look sppretty "fundamental" to the way ZPublisher works in
relation to this content type.
I'll try to hunt further today ...

I had a similar problem tough I do not recall if it was caused ba a
switch to 2.7
It was caused by a page template in which I had a test for the existence
of something (I do not recall the exact circumspects)
It was something like:
tal:define xx here/myobject
tal:condition=" xx "
this I had to change to
tal:condition="python: if xx == None"
