[Zope] Zope stops responding

This means that your Zope did not start because another Zope
process were already running.


Unfortunately, I am no Windows expert.

Unter Unix, I would use a debugger and attach to the running
Zope process and analyse where it is waiting.
This might be possible under Windows, too.
