[Zope] Upgrading

Yhe best upgrade procedure is normally to make a new install with all the
latest versions, copy in the Data.fs and go from there. Zope and CMF usually
requires no extra steps (unless it's VERY old version). I don't know about
Plone, but there should be documentation about that.
