[Zope] Zope with Apache

Here's what I see Tim. Your browser is sending a normal HTTP request
when apache is expecting HTTPS. When you visit
https://dev.mydomain.com.au/, you visit an Apache server which is not
the one you've configured below. Either this, or your mod_rewrite is
not working.
