[Zope] Monstrous URLs and Apache errors persist

Absolutely correct!  The ISP is off for Sunday but I've verified it by 
installing apache and zope on the my firewall and then having 2 vitrual 
domains, one configured with [NC,L,P] and the other with [L] [P].
