[Zope] ANNOUNCE: Zope 2.6.3 Release and Security Update

So I am a little hazy on how one upgrades from 2.6.1 or .2 to 2.6.3.
I don't see any obvious notes on upgrading linked from the download
pages or in the doc directory of the distributed tar ball - nor in the
install or maintenance chapters of the Zope book.

I have installed from source and have separate directories for
SOFTWARE_HOME and my INSTANCE_HOME. Do I just install the new one in
an appropriate location, change the environment variable in my run
script, and restart the server? Seems like there might be more to it
than that - unless there were no changes to the object model so the
database would not have to change as a result of these fixes.

And what is a HotFix? I kind of infer that that is what the
2.6.1-to-2.6.2 file is for. Do I need to do ???? with that to migrate
my 2.6.1 site to 2.6.2 before heading on to 2.6.3? Or are hot fixes
irrelevant if I have servers that I can restart at will because I
don't have that much data and can restart quickly?

Thanks in advance,

Cynthia
