[Zope] ZMI very slow on Win 2000 server

I have always had the same issue (slow ZMI speed) and just assumed it's 
normal...
Win2k SP4, dual 500mhz proc
Same issues, however extra extra slow are folders containing lots of 
PageTemplates.
