[Zope] Modified e-mail alert

An email you have sent has been scanned for viruses and vandals 
at The Stationery Office and found to contain an attachment
which either:
- has a file type on the Restricted List (e.g. a program), or
- contained a VIRUS (which has been Cleaned or Blocked).

TSO/Banner: Please call your IT support team if the file contained a
     virus, or for help in sending restricted file types.

External organisations: If the attachment contained a virus please
     disinfect your computer with up-to-date anti-virus software.
     If the attachment had a file type on the Restricted List
     please contact the recipient who will advise how it may
     be delivered.
