[Zope] Zope 2.7.1 - ImportError: No module named misc.lock_file

(looked around and cannot find anything on this)

When starting Zope 2.7.1 with Pythin 2.3.4 I get:

ImportError: No module named misc.lock_file

Which to me looks like a PIL problem, but this is a fresh install with 
no links to PIL.

Anyone?
