[Zope] zwiki and ftp on linux

Hi there,
when I edit a zwiki entry (ZWiki V0.32)

the transfer process starts, everything is read (the indicator shows 
100%), but the transfer never finishes.

I tryed this with a number of ftp clients and editors that can load a 
file trough ftp. (I tried on two machines).

If I do the same on a windows box everything is fine.

what could be the reason ?
