[Zope] Help is unauthorised

I have installed Zope-2.7.0 using the Windows installer, got it running 
and done some tutorial stuff, all seems ok.

When I try to access Zope help, I can get to a lot of it, but under the 
API section, if I try to access anything, I get a logon prompt and 
nothing I put in here is accepted.  When I quit the logon prompt, the 
help screen tells me:

Site Error

An error was encountered while publishing this resource.

Error Type: Unauthorized
Error Value: You are not allowed to access 'name' in this context


What is wrong with my Zope help ?
