Actually, there's no way to add properties to a Python script through the 
management interface, and I don't believe that it would be conceptually 
possible anyway (since you should theoretically be setting the properties 
inside the script itself).  I think.  I would be pleasantly surprised to 
find out that I'm wrong.  :)
