"text/x-python" is what the Grail developers decided to use, and is
something that gets used more than anything else when something
specific is used.  I wouldn't object if Zope always generated that
content-type for Python Scripts.

Something would still need to be determined for DTML; perhaps
text/vnd.zope.dtml (and it should be properly registered with IANA).
