There is no way to unsubscribe
thru mailman.
Please fix this problem.

Hi,
I have a Zcatalog search very similar to the one in the Zope book. the page
with the search form is in the top frame of a 2 frame page. the code for it
was generated by the ZSearch Interface:
<form action="results.html" method="get">
Enter query parameters:<br><table>
<tr><th>SearchTextIdx</th>
<td><input name="searchTextIdx"
width=30 value=""></td></tr>
<tr><td colspan=2 align=center>
<input type="SUBMIT" name="SUBMIT" value="Submit Query">
I would like to have results.html display in the bottom frame instead of the
top frame where the search form is. after much looking for answers on
zope.org and elsewhere it appears there is not a shred of howto available to
help me here. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions - and no I cannot
put the search form in the bottom frame.
THANKS!!!!

Sorry for the noise ; in the meantime, Andreas suggested trying
TextIndexNG2 version 2.08, and it solved the problem.
Thanks again to him !

Hello. Is it possible to change the value of an existent form variable
explicitly instead of through a form submission(i.e. can I use <dtml-call
REQUEST.form ...> just like I use <dtml-call REQUEST.set ...>). Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have unsubscribed from the zope list some weeks ago (using gmane
instead). But suddenly I am receiving mail from it again.
Is there something I have to do or will the problem magically be fixed
for me? I assume others might have the same problem.

Well...why didn't you redirect the user from your login-page after
validation of the data to the desired page..?
Usually you use a form to give the user a way to enter their logindata
and you process this data with the method in the action-attribute of
your form tag.
And an advice: Try to use python scripts for logic, not dtml. Otherwise
the code of your site becomes a mess :-)

How about using ssh to forward port 25 (or whatever) on
localhost to 25 on your SMTP server? Then configure
localhost as your SMTP server.
Here's a couple of writeups:
