Is anybody still developing DCoracle2?

What happened to matt at zope.com?
His mail bounces... no longer at zope.com?
I wrote to Matt and the following message bounced...

Hi Matt,

I'm playing with DCOracle2 and your page on zope.org is
a bit garbled as to the current releases.
At upper right on http://zope.org/Members/matt/dco2 
you can see "Latest Release: Pre Release 1", but that 
seems to be very old.

AFAICT the latest stable release is actually 1.2.
Maybe it's time to declare 1.3 stable?
