[Zope] Zope Restart

I've got this fixed thanks to a hint provided...

I needed to change the value for REFRESH CONTENT in 
lib/python/App/ApplicationManager.py.

Wouldn't this sort of value would be better in a configuration file 
rather than being hard coded in a program?
