[Zope] Installation Problems

Everything appeared to install fine (WindowsXP), but I could not bring up 
the management console.  I shutdown the service and ran runzope from the 
command line.  Here's what I got:

It appears that my broadband connection is influencing the Hostname. 
Trying to use the reported Hostname as a URL 
(http://Oxygen.kenets01.pa.comcast.net:8080/manage) generated "The page 
cannot be displayed" message on IE 6.

What am I doing wrong?  How can I fix this?
