[Zope] ExtFile Question

I need a little help getting started. I have Apache httpd-2.0.46
installed and I started the server however it is saying "Could not
determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using .......for
ServerName." I am hoping this is not going to be a problem.

Anyway, when I am in Zope I selected ExtFile from the drop-down menu. In
the Add ExtFile form I filled out an id, and uploaded a txt file in the
file field. I get an error: 

Error Type: Can't create directory: 
Error Value: /opt/zope/doucet/static/reposit/f/X

 How do I get a file stored on the Apache server now? And how do I view
it?
