[Zope] New users can't log into the ZMI

Hi Steph,

This is going to sound odd, but have you tried to shut your browser down
and restart before attempting to log in as the newly created user?
FWIW, the "log out" option in the ZMI raises an authentication dialog
that can never be satisfied no matter what you type into it, for various
(bad) reasons. Shutting down your browser and trying again to log in as
the administrator user will rule that possibility out.
