I solve my previous question
The redirector brings these error
Se ha intentado hacer referencia a un símbolo que no existe.
when you don't install MSXML4 SP2
Windows 2003 Server don't have installed the library

But now I have another question
If I try to access ZMI the logon dialogs appears but I can't log in
Did I need to configure IIS in any aspect?
