[Zope] pointer to API docs, status

FYI public API docs are linked at http://zopewiki.org/api .

epydoc seems to be the best tool for automatically documenting Zope, but 
it's difficult to get it to run (over all of zope) and occasionally the 
generated pages seem to be missing information. See discussion at 
http://zopewiki.org/epydoc . We should discover and document a reliable 
procedure for generating complete zope epydocs, any help welcome.

zpydoc is less well-organized to read but wonderfully quick and easy to 
set up. The pages it generates also sometimes miss information, and on 
my server certain links trigger a python crashing bug.
