[Zope] Zope 2.7.2 Service support under WinNT 4.0

Hi All,

Am having trouble getting service support under Windows NT 4.0.

I've asked about this before, and have had no real response (others have 
evidently had issues, but not the /same/ issue). The error I am getting 
is: -

	"The procedure entry point RegisterServiceCtrlHandlerExW could not be 
located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll"

Can anyone get me started on fixing this?

Failing that, I'd be interested to know if anyone /is/ successfully 
using this combination of Zope and Windows versions?
