[Zope] Large file support

Hi,
 
I would like to know the steps to achieve (compilation flags, etc) in order
to enable >2G ZODB file support.
 
I use Zope 2.8.0 and python 2.3.5 on linux 2.4 (about to migrate to linux
2.6)
