[Zope] Where is Zope3X?

I was hoping to use Zope3X, however, infrastructures like "native"
postgres DA and LocalFS are not "available" for it (I am required to
use the WinXP).  I wanted to learn about Zope3 doing this project.
Right now the project is the priority and not learning/hacking Zope3X.
