[Zope] errors starting zmi

[rni users]

Hello members,

i am trying to start ZMI thru mozilla by
http://localhost:8080/manage


but it says 'localhost.com could not be found.Please check the name and try 
again.'

though i ve already started Zope in the foreground..Moreover, it displays 
the port as 8080..

i also tried starting zmi by http://(hostname):8080/manage

but even this didnt work out

What can b the problem??
