[Zope] Apache-pound-zeo-zope instances. Bad gateway and dual cpus related issues

Hello,

The problem was due to the loopback interface being down on the machine 
hosting apache and pound (my mistake for not having put the auto 
configuration in /etc/network/interfaces after some earlier tests for 
other purposes, shame on me).
