[Zope] FCGIServer broken pipe on Zope 2.8.1?

Any suggestions as to what is causing this kind of problem? I've never 
seen this in our environment on Zope 2.7.x - it just started after a 
fresh install of 2.8.1.

i386 Linux, Py 2.3.5, Zope 2.8.1, plone 2.1
