[Zope] ZopeTime in Zope 2.9.1

"ZopeTime" is a method of the "Application" object (the root of
Zope's site hierarchy). I would be extremely surprised, if this
object had lost this method.

I expect that your problem lies elsewhere (e.g. by a restricted
acquisition context (lacking the root object) or an intermediate
explicit acquisition wrapper.
