[Zope] Legacy Perl code and Zope. A pipe dream?

I have about a million lines of Perl code/crap that I would like to refactor to Zope. Is this even
possible? It looks like the Zope-Perl project and everything else Perl related died long ago. Help
me out here Zope gurus. Thanks!
