[Zope] can not install ZMySQLDA

And what with /home/zope permissions?

You may also try to set PYTHON_EGG_CACHE variable to a 
different folder. 
I've never had such problems so I can't help too much.
Try to search the web for this problem, you'll possibly
find something.
