UNFCCC seeks an enthusiastic professional (Associate Information System
Officer) to work with a very dynamic team in the Clean Development
Mechanism programme  in the development of innovative collaborative
business systems that bring together Governments, businesses and the
public. He/she will be involved in programming with and extending Zope
framework.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from US $ 64,000 /67,000  to US $
75,000 /77,000  net per year (inclusive of post adjustment), depending on
your experience. There is also the UN package of entitlements (assistance
in relocation to Bonn-Germany, rental subsidy, dependency allowance and
education grant for your children, paid home leave every 24 months, 30 days
of leave per annum......)
You should have a university degree in systems analyses, computer science,
information technology or similar. Knowledge of Python and at least one
other programming language, practical experience implementing web solutions
using Zope 2 framework.
