[Zope] re ad-only-database

Hi there

The only place I find a clue about 'read-only' is in
.../zope2/lib/python/ZODB/component.xml after grepping (after reading
Dieter's message) .. and in the same Zope instance
.../zope2/skel/etc/zope.conf.in still pushes the 'read-only-database'
"relic". 

Doesn't look like many people use this ..
