[Zope] Now that the Zope Replication Services have been open sourced...

Now that the Zope Replication Services have been open sourced I'd be interested to speak to anyone that has used it in the past / is looking to use it in the future. 
What pitfalls (if any) have you come across using a ZRS setup on Zope 2.11.8?
