[Zope] Thread Number

Is there anything important to consider when increasing the thread count above 7 as outlined here in 24.4.2/3: http://docs.zope.org/zope2/zope2book/MaintainingZope.html

I have tried to 10 but encounter problems with number of open file descriptions on Centos 6.
