In a virtualenv::
$ bin/easy_install \
--index=http://download.zope.org/Zope2/index/2.13.21 Zope2
In a buildout::
$ cat buildout.cfg
[buildout]
extends = http://download.zope.org/Zope2/index/2.13.21/versions.cfg
