The instance.cfg you have there is far too complicated and contains lots
of irrelevant stuff.

I'd rather put up a demo.cfg which only configures an instance without
all the other development related tools. I think 'demo' is more
appropriate here, as you would never run Zope in production with a
direct file storage.
