For the record: ExtendedPathIndex isn't part of Zope2, but a Plone
specific add-on. As such a bug report should have been created at
https://dev.plone.org/newticket

I don't read either bug trackers on a regular basis, so please write me
a direct mail if you think there's a bug I caused (like in the case of
the EPI 3.0 changes). In this case dglick notified me.
