Installing Zope2 via pip without using a known-good-set of versions
isn't supported. Please see
http://docs.zope.org/zope2/releases/2.13/INSTALL.html for valid
installation instructions and note the use of a custom index for
easy_install. Something similar might work for pip, though they have
been reports in the past of some Zope packages being incompatible with
pip.
