The events are sent, since I based the Wiki Mail Subscription code on events, 
and it works very nice.

Ulrich (jack-e) and I discovered that the object hub does not forward the 
requests correctly, i.e. the TextIndex is never filled with new data (when an 
object is created) - this is also true for modification and removal events.
