Actually, according to its Interface, resubscribeByHubId() is supposed 
to return the number of subscriptions converted. I think the 
num_converted local was there for clarity, so it was obvious what was 
being returned. (Except that the return statement had gone missing.)
A comment would serve as well, of course.


Looks like there's no test for this :-(

I'd check in a fix, but Jim's closed the tree.

Still, I bet no-one is using it just now.

I'll fix this up later in the week.
