I consider this not to be a good thing. One of the annoying things about the 
Zope 2 tabs was that there were usually more general tabs that applied to all 
objects than specific ones. Please let's not repeat this for Zope 3. 

BTW, the same is true for the caching tab. Not every object needs caching for 
itself.
