  I am not sure what this is; it can be one of two things:
  
  (1) A refactoring of zope.app.workflow
  
  (2) Spiking of implementing a WfMC workflow based on interface lookups.
  
  Since we abondoned (1) and (2) is implemented as zope.wfmc, I think this 
  branch can go away. Let me know, if you have issues with that.
