ok. But this one is annoying and often unpredictable.

I've also fixed a long standing critical bug in zope.publisher (98440), it would 
be better to release a bugfix version for it. I've checked (and will 
double-check) there is no more error with this fix.

I'm also wondering whether we should replace setuptools=0.6c8
with setuptools>=0.6c8 because there is a real problem with svn 1.5
